Skilled in developing project schedules, preparing method statements, and designing temporary structures. Proven expertise in assessing work scopes, estimating manpower requirements, and managing fabrication tracking and reporting. Dedicated to delivering efficient, safe, and client-focused engineering solutions.

Jean Estebe

After completing three years of higher education and obtaining a Diploma in Business Development, followed by two years of experience in an audit and finance firm in France, a transition was made to the mining industry upon relocating to Australia in 2019. Since then, over four years have been dedicated to gold and uranium exploration, with fieldwork conducted for leading companies such as De Grey Mining and Magnetic Resources (gold), and Deep Yellow (uranium). This experience has built strong expertise in exploration operations and resource development.

Samir M'Sakni

A qualified Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree from Henallux, Belgium, and over five years of hands-on experience in mining exploration and large-scale renewable energy projects across FIFO and remote locations. Holds an additional Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, bringing a unique perspective on space optimization and design aesthetics.

Experienced in geophysical fieldwork, including IP, gravity, and magnetic surveys, as well as sampling, logging, core yard operations, and site rehabilitation. Skilled in the use of survey tools, GPS equipment, and various field technologies, with a strong focus on technical precision and efficiency.

Background also includes involvement in large-scale solar farm developments, contributing to a strong understanding of renewable energy systems, safety protocols, and project planning in remote and challenging environments.

Known for a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in both technical and creative contexts.

Senior Geological Technician

With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the mining industry, Phone began his career in 2007 as a field technician in Western Australia.

Throughout his career, he has worked with several leading mining companies, including Red5 Ltd, Gold Fields, AngloGold Ashanti, De Grey Mining, Poseidon Nickel, and Focus Minerals. His expertise spans exploration, resource management, and operational safety, with a strong emphasis on ethical and environmentally responsible practices.

Phone holds a Certificate III in Mining Exploration from Central TAFE (2007) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Geology at Curtin University. He is also undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Murdoch University, focusing on sustainable business strategies in the mining sector.

In addition, Phone previously studied toward a Bachelor of Environmental Management at Edith Cowan University (ECU), reflecting his deep commitment to environmental stewardship. He is a proud member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and sustainability in mining.
